Why isn't my activity showing in Myles?

A

If an activity you've done isn't appearing in Myles, don't worry, it's usually a syncing hiccup rather than anything lost. Here's what's normally going on and how to sort it.

Your activities reach Myles through your connected tracker (like Apple Health, Fitbit, Samsung Health or Strava). Occasionally an activity takes a little while to come through, or your tracker's app needs a nudge to send it across.

A few things to try:

Open your tracker's own app first and let it fully sync, then reopen Myles. Some trackers only send their data once their app has been opened.

Check the activity actually recorded in your tracker's app. If it isn't showing there, it won't be able to reach Myles.

Make sure your tracker is still connected in Myles, under your profile settings.

Give it a little time. Activities can take a short while to appear after they've synced.

It's also worth knowing that Myles only picks up activities from the point you joined onwards, so anything recorded before you signed up won't come through.

If it's still not showing after all that, get in touch and let us know the activity type, the date and time it took place, and which tracker you use. That gives us everything we need to trace it and get it added for you.
