Your fitness tracker, such as Apple Health or Garmin sends the Myles platform your physical activities which we then convert into Smyles.

We use Myles internally at Myles and we know just how frustrating it is when your activity you've just put so much effort in to doesn't show up in the app.

If you're missing activities, 99.5% of the time this is because your fitness tracker hasn't sent your activities to us.

These do sometimes take up to 24 hours to send for certain providers, so you may need to check back the following day.

If it's still not showing, we recommend disconnecting and reconnecting your fitness tracker to Myles.
