Our friends at Strava don't let you share your Strava data with apps as easily as some other fitness trackers do. This means you can't directly connect Strava to Myles but there are some solutions for you!

iPhone Users (Connect via Apple Health)

If you own an iPhone, you can connect Strava to Apple Health and then connect Apple Health to Myles.

  1. Open Strava, then tap on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner. Towards the top of the menu, tap Applications, Services, and Devices, then select Health.

  2. Simply open Myles, connect Apple Health and you'll be good to go!

Android Users (Connect via Google Fit)

If you own an Android device, you can connect Strava to Google Fit and then connect Google Fit to Myles.

  1. You'll probably have it downloaded already, but if not, you should get the Google Fit app.

  2. Open Strava, then tap on the settings icon in the top right-hand corner. Towards the top of the menu, tap Link Other Services, then select Google Fit.

  3. Simply open Myles, connect Google Fit and you'll be good to go!

Connect Your Tracker Directly

If you use Strava, but all of your data comes from a connected device such as a Garmin Watch, a Fitbit or a Zwift bike, you can connect these devices directly to your Myles account rather than having to go via Strava. Simply open Myles and connect your chosen device.
